As of January 1, 2026, water rates are a $32.00 minimum monthly charge covering 2,000 gallons, with every additional 1,000 gallons at a rate of $8.00 per 1,000 gallons.

Utility billing is done bi-monthly, with each billing covering the previous two months.  Bills are due on the 20th of the month and if not paid on time a past due notice is sent, with a late fee of 10% assessed.   

A fee of $20.00 will be charged to your utility account, if a door hanger is placed at your residence.

A fee of $60.00 will be charged to your utility account if your  water service is shut off.  To turn service back on, an additional $60.00 is due at time of service, account will also need to be paid in full.
